Single-piece raw aluminum sampling bottle with internal epoxy coating, officially U.N. approved for the safe and compliant transport of aviation fuel samples (Jet A-1, AVGAS) via air and road freight.
Engineered to satisfy the critical requirements of aviation maintenance and fuel quality control, this aluminum container ensures the total integrity of your kerosene samples. Its ultra-robust structure prevents accidents related to hazardous materials leakages, while its chemical neutrality shields the sample from any external contamination before laboratory analysis. Indispensable for flight safety and environmental compliance, it secures refueling operations in hazardous, explosive atmospheres (ATEX zones).

- Tightness & Barrier : 100% total barrier protection against light, UV rays, and gas exchange. High-performance solvent-resistant seal.
- Lifespan : Built for heavy-duty industrial environments, highly durable, and 100% recyclable.
STANDARDS
- U.N. Approval : Certified for Packing Group I (High danger materials), guaranteeing strict compliance with international transport regulations: IATA (air freight), ADR (road), IMDG (maritime), and RID (rail).
- Regulatory Marking : UN approval number permanently engraved or printed directly on the body of the bottle.
- ATEX & Electrostatic Safety : Due to its conductive metallic properties, this container is perfectly suited for ATEX environments (Zones 0, 1, and 2) during refueling, provided it is connected to an equipotential grounding system during fluid transfer to dissipate static electricity.
The sampling and preservation of aviation fuel (Jet A-1 or AVGAS) are mandatory protocols in the quality control management of the airport oil logistics chain. This technical aluminum bottle precisely meets the rigorous specifications of oil companies, military maintenance forces, and airport authorities.
Instructions for Use and Risk Prevention: When purging storage tanks, refueler trucks, or hydrants, fuel must be collected away from any static electrical ignition sources. Use an appropriate funnel and ensure the bottle is correctly grounded. Once the sample is taken, insert the polyethylene inner plug and firmly tighten the click-cap to secure a hermetic seal. Applying a numbered security pull-tight seal ensures the sample remains tamper-evident from the tarmac to the certified testing laboratory.
Thanks to its UN Packing Group I certification, this container withstands air pressure variations inherent to high-altitude flight transport without deformation or loss of tightness.
