These thermometers are fully compliant with the latest E-1 standards of the American Society for Testing and Material (A.S.T.M.),
They come with a special ring/hook that clips onto the glass. The glass is yellow for easy reading, and the graduation is highly legible, fine and spaced.
The scale is fused into the glass, is indelible and highly resistant to chemicals (except hydrofluoric acid and hot soda).
