HIGH PERFORMANCE MULTIFUNCTIONAL GREASE (PROLUBE LIPEX)

PROLUBE LIPEX is a complex lithium-type grease that covers the lubrication of the most diverse materials, even under special conditions of ambient atmosphere, speed or temperature. It is a semi-synthetic lithium complex soap with extreme pressure properties.

Perfect adhesion to substrates: it "clings" strongly to metal surfaces. Totally insoluble in water (even boiling) and steam. Very high melting temperature (over 240°C): this allows use on bearings or rolling bearings subject to strong heating or heavily loaded. Excellent stability: even after many months of operation, it softens little and retains its original characteristics.

Very long service life: the use of synthetic oil and the incorporation of new additives greatly improve resistance to high temperatures. For use at temperatures from –20°C to +180°C.

Allows greasing renewal intervals to be spaced out 3 to 5 times, thanks to its exceptional stability at work, its anti-wear properties, its excellent resistance to oxidation and to high temperatures.

PROLUBE LIPEX is perfectly suited as an exceptional quality, long-lasting and high-temperature multifunctional grease, for even heavily loaded bearings and bearings whose speed is between 500 and 8,000 rpm, for temperatures of –20 ° C up to + 150°C and 180°C peak, for all that is sliding or friction.

Always degrease the parts to be treated with a solvent from the DYNA family. Apply grease with our GUNPIC 96 gun, Macnaught hand pump or pneumatic grease gun.
